Gimmie Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Gimmie referral program operated by Gimmie AI, LLC ("Gimmie", "we", "us"). By sharing your referral link or otherwise participating, you agree to these Terms in addition to the Gimmie Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must have a completed Gimmie account in good standing to participate.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Gimmie employees, contractors, and anyone residing in a jurisdiction where the program is restricted by law are not eligible.

2. Referral Usage

Your referral link (gimmie.ai/?u={your-username}) is personal. You may share it with friends, family, social connections, and on social media, messaging apps, or personal websites.
Sharing through paid search, paid advertising, or any channel that impersonates Gimmie is not permitted without prior written approval.
Rewards (if any) are credited to the referring user's account in accordance with the program rules communicated at the time.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use automated scripts, bots, or generators to create signups, clicks, or conversions.
Post your referral link on pages or channels that violate third-party terms of service (e.g., coupon-aggregator sites that misrepresent the offer).
Pretend to be Gimmie, a Gimmie partner, or a Gimmie representative.
Refer yourself using alternate emails, phone numbers, or devices.
Spam individuals or groups with unsolicited referrals.
Promote the referral link on sites that contain illegal, harmful, or explicit content.

4. Fraud and Invalid Activity

Gimmie monitors referral activity for fraud. Fraudulent or invalid activity — including self-referrals, coordinated signups, and activity flagged by our analytics partners — may result in:

Removal of the conversion from your account.
Reversal of any credits or rewards earned.
Suspension or termination of your Gimmie account.

5. Changes and Termination

Gimmie may change or end the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
Gimmie may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason in its sole discretion.
These Terms supersede any prior referral-program communications from Gimmie.
